Co-founder & CEO

Payton is the co-founder and CEO of Dispatch. He led the next-generation geostationary spacecraft design in the Office of the CTO at Astranis and supported the Lunar Gateway program in the thermal group at The Aerospace Corporation. He has a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering.

Andrew Mello

Co-founder & CTO

Andrew is the co-founder and CTO of Dispatch. He's led the avionics team at Astranis and has driven many electrical and software systems at Zoox. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in computer vision and algorithms.
